Remodeling is slow for reasons that aren't the work
Homeowners wait days for someone to come out, then days more for a number. Prices shift mid-job. Questions go to a phone nobody picks up after five. None of that is the craft. It's the office around it.
So we built the office out of AI: a video estimator that prices a job the same day, agreements and payment stages drafted for you, and answers at any hour in English or Spanish. Then we kept the people for what needs hands and judgment.
AI does the paperwork. People do the craft. You only pay for work you've seen.
